About Gina

Gina, originally from California, is a certified personal fitness trainer with additional certifications and expertise in TRX Suspension Training and TRX RIP Training, Corrective Exercise, and Golf Fitness Training. She specializes in functional exercise and in helping her clients recover from muscular imbalances, injuries, and chronic pain using different modalities, such as kettle bells and TRX. Gina individually tailors her clients’ sessions based on their unique fitness goals, needs, and injuries. She consistently incorporates balance, cardio, flexibility, and strength training into their workouts.

She religiously teaches correct form and technique to all of her clients so that they learn to move and lift properly, to prevent injury and to receive the greatest benefit from each exercise, and ultimately to be able to exercise safely on their own. Gina loves dancing, hiking, weight training, writing and photography. She has overcome adversity in her life and is able to relate to her clients’ struggles. She has finished three half marathons and walked the Camino de Santiago, a five-hundred mile pilgrimage, from Saint Jean Pied de Port, France, to Santiago, Spain, in the fall of 2016.
