I am a portable fitness trainer; I don't work out of a gym.
I train clients in their homes, which is especially appropriate with COVID (I wear a mask for your protection), as it allows my clients privacy and gives them peace of mind. I bring my own equipment, such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, Swiss ball, BOSU ball, and TRX. Since I recommend that all of my clients work out, at least, three times a week, I encourage them to purchase their own equipment so that they can continue the exercise program I've created for them on the days I'm not there.
